the room was clean and the staff was friendly. the hot water was available 24/7, and we had a great view of the surrounding volcanoes from our room.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and inconvenient as we had to sit in the public reception to access it.

The hotel is close enough to all the action in town, making it convenient for exploring. It's also near everything you need, from restaurants to pubs, ensuring a lively atmosphere during your stay. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout.
The only minor hiccup was the breakfast, which could have had more choice. However, overall, everything was ok.

Our stay was enjoyable because of friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We liked the excellent location, just a short distance from the city center and the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the scenic view from our room, which added a special touch to our city trip.
Two aspects of our stay were not ideal. The breakfast was minimal and could use some improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close enough to everything, including downtown, transportation, and parking, yet still quiet at nighttime. The hotel's facilities were great, and we particularly liked the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The staff, especially Juan who spoke excellent English, was very helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning.
No negatives from this stay. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, convenient, and relaxing.

Great location for exploration of the town, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and pubs. Room was clean and tidy with a nice view from the window. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing local information and maps to help navigate the area.
The breakfast was a bit limited, without any cooked options or fresh fruit. the Wi-Fi in the room was very poor and frustrating to use, making it difficult to work on my business trip.
